Retros people don't dread.

A live board for running retrospectives. Everyone writes in private, then you reveal, group, and vote together; and come out the other side with a list of things to actually talk about.

How it works
01

Write in private

While everyone's writing, other people's notes are scribbled out. No anchoring on whoever types fastest, and no peeking.

02

Reveal, group, vote

Flip to reviewing and every note appears at once. Drag the similar ones together, then vote on what's worth talking about.

03

You set the votes

Whoever runs the retro decides how many votes everyone gets. Three is usually about right, but it's your call.

04

A ready-made agenda

Once voting's done, the most-voted notes become your discussion topics, in order. Click one and the board jumps straight to it.

05

Properly live

See who's turned up, and watch everyone's cursors move around the board. It feels like a room full of sticky notes (minus the room).

06

Four formats

Mad / Sad / Glad, Start / Stop / Continue, the 4 Ls, and Sailboat. Pick whichever fits, or rotate them so retros don't go stale.

Up and running in minutes.

  1. 1

    Create a retro

Give it a name and pick a format. Everyone in your workspace can jump straight in.

  2. 2

    Write, then reveal

Everyone adds notes in private. When you're ready, move to reviewing and the notes appear.

  3. 3

    Vote and talk

Hand out the votes, group the notes, and work through the topics that came out on top.

Spin up a board before your next retro. It takes about as long as making a cup of tea.
